Mike Flores (he/him) is the Business and Office Manager at Josh Curie & Associates Therapy. He brings over 20 years of experience in operations, finance, and leadership, along with a deep commitment to community-centered care.
Prior to joining the practice, Mike served as Chief Financial Officer at Corktown Health, where he supported the expansion of affirming healthcare services for the LGBTQ+ community. He has also served as Board President of Affirmations, a leading LGBTQ+ community center in Michigan, and as a board member of the Detroit Regional LGBT Chamber of Commerce.
Mike is passionate about creating welcoming, accessible environments and is excited to support both the clinical team and clients.
Fun fact: Mike has traveled to every continent except Antarctica — and hopes to make it there soon.
